I am a dynamic Sales Manager who has over 30 years of customer acquisition and maintenance experience. Over the years I have demonstrated field sales associate deployment and development expertise establishing goals and objectives, and meeting budget requirements. I have proven experience serving small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations, and am skilled at managing sales teams of more than 400 field associates generating over $1.4 billion in annual revenue. I am a listener, learner and leader, in that order, who thrives in an environment of established goals and objectives where creative thinking, a value adding philosophy and extraordinary communication is honored. My Midwestern values and ethics drive my desire to demand high standards in the people that I hire, manage and associate with. My next career position will preferably include all aspects of direct customer engagement, talent development and interdepartmental collaboration all aligning to meet and exceed Company expectations. Though I am a team player dedicated to getting the job done, the ideal position also includes the ability to build strong customer and associate relationships through extracurricular activities and team building events. In my spare time I enjoy doing many things; golfing, bicycling, gardening, traveling, kayaking, hiking and fishing.
